Return Window

We offer a 60-day return window. You may request a return within 60 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging whenever possible.

Free Returns

Verynoir offers free returns for eligible items. Please contact us before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Please note that slight variations in texture, color, grain, or finish may occur because many Verynoir products are handcrafted or hand-finished. These natural variations are not considered defects.
